Let's see, from what i observe, Ash's realisation of her immense talent and fame has clouded her ability to be down to earth and modest and this is clearly expressed by her mannerisms. She thinks really highly of herself (can't blame her for that though) such that it may reach to a point where she can't accept it if her co-stars or collegues could reach greater heights or attainments than her and apparently, this was the cause of the end of her friendship with Rani.

I am a fan of both Rani and Aishwariya too but i have differing opinions about them. Rani seems to be very nice, warm, friendly, outgoing and on more than one ocassion, expressed her modesty. Ash on the other hand, yeah...she's good, she's a brilliant and fantastic actress undoubtedly but she seems to have a slight attitude problem.
