It's no good searching the internet for quotes which back up your malformed argument. There are many quotes out there which would counter your stupid suggestion that Intelligence Quotient tests have nothing to do with intelligence. They are far from perfect but they do test the ability to reason. There is too much emphasis on verbal reasoning, I agree, but they still measure that thing we mean when we use the word 'intelligence'. I should add that I am a teacher and am used to assessing ability.
