What I have noticed in the barriers in Asia set up to stop foreign people working in their countries is strict compared to the UK. Followed on.Over here it counts against you if you are not a local, companies can't employ too many foreigners and even advertise jobs as locals only. In the UK it seems to be different and you get penalised for being white because companies have to fill in their quotas.
